Housing shortages as an urban reality.
Affordable housing is becoming increasingly scarce in German metropolitan regions. The discrepancy between housing supply and demand is constantly growing, particularly in cities such as Berlin, Munich, Hamburg and Frankfurt. According to recent studies, the 77 largest German cities lack around 1.9 million cheap apartments, including around 1.4 million small apartments for single-person households.
This development has far-reaching consequences. It is not only private households that are affected; companies are also confronted with growing difficulties in attracting or retaining qualified specialists in the long term due to a lack of suitable living space. Compact and economically feasible apartments are particularly in demand, yet they are still underrepresented in new housing projects.
Functional living space for real needs.
We plan and implement sustainable, functional living concepts that are based on the real needs of cities and their residents. As a company with roots in the tech sector, we rely on a data-driven planning approach to make well-founded decisions and make urban living spaces more efficient, intelligent and future-proof. Our aim: to create living space that is architecturally sophisticated, economically viable and worth living in the long term.
